Always save your CV as a borderless PDF and then email or submit it to avoid issues with formatting. You will want to keep a running CV that can be multiple pages. This will contain all of the things you have done (undergraduate and beyond). When applying for a scholarship, leadership position, or other opportunity you will tailor the running CV.
