Description

This course builds upon the foundation of the principles and philosophies of osteopathic medicine established during the OPP I-IV courses. It will expand the student's osteopathic knowledge base through the application of new and previously learned techniques into specific disease examples. The format will include interactive discussion of patient cases with the integration of osteopathic principles and practices. This course is a collaboration with the Primary Care Medicine department and will include integration of the clinical exam with osteopathic diagnosis and treatment skills.

This course is a one credit course and the grading is pass/fall. It will be documented on the student's transcript.
